Need help?
Talking about online sexual abuse can be difficult. You may feel insecure, ashamed, or think that no one understands what you are going through. Sharing your experience with someone else is called ‘disclosure’. Disclosure is the first step in finding help. It is an important step, but often also a difficult one. Research shows that 82% of young people who chat with the Centre for Sexual Violence (CSG) find it difficult to seek help, because they, for example, are afraid of the reactions of others. There are anonymous chat services at CSG, Helpwanted and Fier that can support you safely and are for free. You don’t have to do this alone. Take that first step and receive the help you need.
'I'm stressed and can't get it out of my head'
Does it keep running through your head? Do you sleep badly? Are you afraid, angry or depressed? The CSG can help you with this. You can chat anonymously with the CSG or call 0800-0188. Their help is free.
I want my images offline

'I have questions and want to talk to someone anonymously.'
Via chat with Fier you can ask questions anonymously or think together about what a good next step is for you. You can also call Fier via 088-2080000. Fier's help is free.
